ABOUT EVAN
Evan Wilson is SVP for Financial Well-Being | Life and Dream Coach at Meritrust Credit
Union with a primary focus of building culture where leadership encourages, inspires
and promotes growth. His current responsibilities include oversight of wealth
management, financial well-being creating strategy to help employees and members
grow in their financial journey. Life and Dream coaching casts vision for both personal
and professional development. He serves on the Leadership Team and assists in
strategic planning, applying 35 years of experience in the finance industry.
Evan is passionate about improving organizational health through professional
development and started COACH Leadership Consulting in 2016. He uses the art of
storytelling to inspire groups around North America and Internationally with a focus on
relational leadership and application-based learning. He casts vision on how everyone
can own and grow their leadership potential. Evan incorporates fun insights gained
from years of leading teams of all sizes...even coaching basketball teams.
Evan is a life-long learner graduating from Wichita State and the Executive Leadership Coaching Program. He is currently serving on the boards of ONELINK International, Junior Achievement, and Cornerstone Foundation. Community involvement includes Wichita State University, mentoring business professionals along with training many regional non-profits. He enjoys traveling, pickleball, golfing and following WSU athletics. Evan and his wife Phyllis have been married 35 years and are blessed with three married children.
